Age: ~5-6 yrs Weight: ~22 lbs Carly has Addisons Disease which requires a monthly vaccination for the rest of her life. She had eye surgery to correct her dry eye condition but her vision is still not optimal and she will require eye drops multiple times daily for the remainder of her life. An indoor home with a securely fenced yard is a requirement for adoption of this girl. Carly is very friendly and loving. She has had a rabies shot, 7-way shot, bordetella, and been wormed. She is spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. Our adoption fee is $130.00 and it helps to cover a portion of the dog's vetting costs. The adoption process includes the completion of an application followed by an interview.
